"We're glad so many of you have returned to your winter homes here at Sandpipers

and we are looking forward to the rest of you returning.

We are proud of the new bath house and hope to have the

finishing touches completed this month.

At that time, we will have a ribbon cutting

and special appreciation celebration for all of those who were involved in the construction of this new facility.

The first Sandpipers forum of the year will be held Friday, November 13, at 9:15 a.m., and we will be using the same forum system that we have in the past.

We can only seat 60 people in the community room and so we ask you to please sign up in the office if you plan to attend and/or would like to address a particular topic.

Office hours are

Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to noon,

and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.,

and Saturday 9:00 to noon.

If we have more than 60 people sign up we will have to move to the pavilion, in which case the hot tub will be closed until 10:30 a.m.

The topics for discussion during this forum will be,

recycling,

watering restrictions,

and a quick highlight of resort policies such as

quiet hours,

vendor and guest procedures,

gate security

and other little things that sometimes get overlooked.

Thank you so much for cooperating with some of the changes such as garbage and trash hauling, and no rugs on grassy areas.
