I am back in the land of the living, kind of,

after my partial knee replacement. 

Doing my exercises, moaning thru the pain.

I don't have very strong pain meds so I feel EVERYTHING!

But I am assured that this too shall pass.

We are all saddened by the senseless trgedy in Orlando.  How can a person be so evil?

More tears for Catherine and Dr. Bob. Catherine's mother Mary died a few days ago.  It was not unexpected yet still heartbreaking.

On Friday I am joining the knee replacement club which has a huge membership here at Sandpipers.

 We are starting to pay for last week's rain.  It is hot, hot, hot!  Upper 90's, high humidity, sweat city!
