Here is a timely message from Karen & Jay:

Hello Annual Site holders,

Many of our Winter Texans have begun returning and, thanks to Dolly, are busy with trimming, weeding, pest control, washing vehicles and trailers and getting things back in shape. A big thanks to each of you for keeping your sites neat. It goes a long way in making the entire resort look neat, clean and well taken care of.

Charlie Ball is back in the resort and is available for handyman jobs including washing RVs, trimming and other maintenance and repair jobs. He is at lot #328 or give him a call at ( to ensure his privacy from the prying eyes of the all-seeing web, please email me for his phone number) .

Please be sure to come to the office and submit any work requests you may have, and let us know of any repairs that you will be having done in the park. Also, remember that all outside vendors must be registered with the office.

In an effort to answer your many questions or concerns, our first forum of the season will be held on Friday, October 24, at 10:00 am, in the Community Room.
In an effort to start off the season in a positive way, this meeting will be an overview of the rules and policies of the resort, or any changes in procedures or amenities that may have evolved or may be needed. If you have misplaced your copy and would like to have them, please send me an email and I will get a copy to you.

The format for this meeting will remain the same as the two prior forums. If you would like to speak on something, please have your questions or comments in writing. This way the topics that are addressed can be carefully answered and made available to all residents. If you are unable to attend this meeting you may send your written question to be read by someone else, or you are welcome to email all questions and comments to me. Problems or complaints with solutions are always encouraged.

We hope that you will take time to look over the packet of information that you signed some time ago and bring your questions and any concerns, thoughts, or ideas to this forum. We are anxious to work together to make Sandpipers Resort a clean and safe place for each of us to enjoy nude recreation.

See you then!
Karen & Jay
