Just had a quick visit from Karen with the news! After a grueling, all day long hearing full of continuances and recesses, the Justice of the Peace ruled IN FAVOR OF MRS. WILLIS!
The JP ruled that it was never because of cats, not racial discrimination, but simply a matter of not following the rules about insurance.
It's not completely over as there are matters of law to follow, but you know that light at the end of the tunnel? It's shining brightly.

Justice is proceding as it should!!
Now lets hope the remaining steps move reasonably quickly.
Better yet, that G.D. acts like a man and vacates quickly.
