Joann, Roy's sister has a new home. She put the cutest little park model on #515, just across the street from Bob & Bev.

Of course we all had to run out to direct in the drizzle.

Joann was beaming. She has been shopping for furniture and is just about ready to move in. Wait til it stops rolling, Joann.
