Sandpaper Vol 2.
May 21, 2007
Jay and Karen are here for awhile overseeing
the beginning of an intensive building period.
The sod has been scraped and dirt dumped
into massive piles for the new 600 row.

And the go ahead has been given
for building casitas along the north fence.
No time table on those yet tho.
The palm trees around the pool have been trimmed
and a local work crew has been working on cleaning pool furniture. No more volunteer scrubbers.

Construction will be starting soon on the community room,
with nifty plans for an outdoor patio/hot tub area.
The tennis courts have a crew working
on them right now, filling cracks and painting.

The large messy Mesquite tree by
the front entrance to the tennis courts is gone...more sun, less mess.

A huge group will be celebrating Mother's Day with brunch at the Echo hotel tomorrow. I think the park will be empty!

We STILL have between 25 and 30 fanatics showing up to play water volleyball.

More news as it occurs.
