The Czar Has Spoken!

Attached is an edict from the volleyball czar pertaining to volleyballs which hit the coping on the edge of the pool.

If a ball is served and bounces off the side and back over the net it is a dead ball. DEAD BALL Because it was not touched by opposing team. Volleyball is a game where you hit it we hit it NOT THE POOL HIT IT. To say the pool edge hit it and makes a point by bouncing a return over the net is not you hit we hit. Let me make it simple. If you serve and it hits the side and the pool side returns it over the net and it goes to the deep end OUT OF BOUNDS whose point????????????/ Now a little history about SPR volleyball Remember when we had the little kids ball that we played with. You may remember I was the first to go and try to buy some different balls that the CZARS said you can't use them they will hurt everybody. Guess what!!!! What are we playing with now? Oh yeah remember when the outside rope laid on the water and a known czar said " Hey lets just put a bungee on it and extend it above the water if it bounces (balls don't move backwards) we will know. Again the CZARS said no it's good just the way it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!Funny next year there was a bungee on the outside rope when us RV PEOPLE got back. Solved a lot of arguments hasn't it? Oh yeah some of us non czars said for some time if a team has seven against six you should drop the boundry a hole or two. But the big CZARS said no still three in the back fair game!!!!!!!!!!! Oh this year someone of the non czars suggestted rotating out a player betwwen servers instead of prematurely breaking up into multiple teams. Seems to me some of us have been trying to make fun for everyone. Oh and by the way I don't live in RUSSIA!!!!!Can we revisit the term CZAR!!!!!!!!!

Ahem...the ladies NEVER get so bent out of shape over this kind of thing.

Who even remembers who won the last point, or for that matter the last game!?

In Russia, didn't they call them TSARs?

Remember, in America, CZARs were introduced by the administration that took office Jan. 20, 2009.

There are 2 correct spellings: "tsar" and "czar".
