AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Mary (#5) and Annie (#28) have an opportunity
for those who love to knit, crochet or quilt
to participate in
"The Prayer Shawl Ministry".
These shawls are created with love and prayers
to wrap, comfort, cover and give solace
primarily to people receiving "Hospice Care"
or those who may just need uplifting after chemo,
major surgery or loss of a loved one.

Here's a good idea! This summer when you are poking around garage sales or resale shops keep an eye out for afghans, lap blankets, small quilts. They'll come in handy for projects like this and for the Adopt-A-Family at Xmas.
