Karen came home from the hospital around noon today. She wants to sleep in the worst way but can't seem to for some reason.
I guess it's because of all the drugs.
At any rate, she has another 9 days of IV antibiotics on an outpatient basis. After that, we should be able to start home. I don't know exactly how long it will take us to get home, that depends on how long she can travel each day.
We will wait and see.

Just took a pic of Alan with Stevie's memorial plaque.
Bittersweet.
She was a super person, very accomplished and talented.
He saw the bell pull, and remarked, "Stevie could have stared at that for awhile then reproduced it."
A complicated knot...but she did many like it.
