it might be timely to inform you of a couple of new Texas laws on the books.

If you are chatting on your cell phone on the drive down, be aware:
Up to $200 fine if you are found using a cell phone in a school zone,
ALSO:
Even back seat riders in a vehicle are to be wearing a seat belt.
The fine is imposed on the driver.

Everybody is a criminal.
There is NO WAY IN HELL everybody can be aware of every little nitpicking law in this country.
And no way to breathe the air for 24 hours without breaking at least some of them!
Remember when this used to be called a Free Country? Ahhhh, memories!
