Our last morning in Sitka...it wasn't raining!...of course, since we were leaving for Juneau.
Just across the marina was a family of eagles. The youngsters, the birds on the left, were practicing flying and one landed right by our RV.
Later that morning we headed to the ferry...
Later that morning we headed to the ferry...This is the Fairweather.
While waiting in line to board some street theater broke out...parking lot entertainment!
Our time on the Fairweather fairly flew...what a fabulous ferry with fairly fine weather outside and comfy furniture inside...it was a treat!
We played cards....
We read, and drank some wine...
Watched the boats go by....
And explored the ship...
In just a few fabulous ferry hours we arrived in Juneau.
But it's still cold.
