The beautiful weather brought out the bike riders on Tuesday.
They rode at Santa Ana Wildlife Refuge, with lunch at Willie’s BBQ in Alamo.
*
Chachalacas, a roadrunner, cottontail rabbit, Indigo snake, Cardinals,
Green Jays, and several Gray Hawks, lots of American Coots
and a few larger unidentified ducks (where were you, Tom and David?) were sighted.
The new observation tower and suspension bridge were a hit with our group. Not too much moving about to be seen here, but still interesting.
Two pictures of walking the bridge and looking for birds...but a half dozen of BBQ at Willies!
What does that tell you about their priorities?
Look at the size of the portions! Oh, Yummy!
