Yep! It's the beginning of SFFF!

Sandpiper's Fabulous Food Festivals.

Not to discount the Thanksgiving or Christmas Feasts,

or the monthly Adopt-A-Family Soup Nights,

or the wine, cheese & beer tastings,

or even the imaginative dishes of grill night

or the occasional happy hour or pot luck,

but we've got some serious food events in the next couple of months.

We are entering the season of no-holds-barred food competition.

Check the sign up sheets in the pavilion.

Yes, SIGN-UP SHEETS. Plural.

One sheet for those who will be cooking their little hearts

out to bring a sauce for the pasta.

Those people and their spouses will eat free.

Sign the other sheet if you just want to come gorge on great food.

We need a head count in order to cook enough pasta, set up tables, etc.

You will pay $5 each.

But for that $5 you'll get unlimited pasta,

several choices of incredibly edible sauces, bread, salad, even wine!

He says it's pretty good.
