Olympic Update-March 15

Update for March 15 1.  For the Event Coordinators, the next meeting will be Tuesday, March 19 at 6:30 at the Pavilion.  For those Event Coordinators that want to help we will be decorating the Pavilion from 6-9 pm the same night, March 19. 2.  The Horseshoe court is in the Z Field, Southwest corner. 3.   Preliminaries for shuffleboard will be starting this Saturday morning, March 16, 11:00 and you will be notified if you are going to play that morning.  Sign up at Lot 308.  Shuffleboard sign up will close on Thursday, March 21. 4.  If any Event Coordinators have anything to report or need help with event planning or set up, get with Bob or Carma, Lot 308.
