At Flamingo Bowl on Friday a near miracle occurred!

We were bowling as usual...

(read throwing the ball and praying a pin falls down)

when a hush spread towards us from several lanes away.

Looking at the scoreboard, under Bob B's name, nothing but X's!

Lots and lots of X's!

The crowd gathered...

bowling ceased...

He entered the 10th frame....more strikes...

until...

until...

the last ball left one pin standing.

Wow! A 299 game...685 series.

Historical!

And as a class act the bowling alley presented him with his missed pin.

What's he gonna do with it?

"Take it home and shoot it!" he said.

Wow Bob! Terrific game and exciting to watch!
