Bob & Bernie, our wine experts extraordinaire, are again hosting a must-do event to rival their successful wine tasting classes. This time it's cheese.

Cheese, glorious cheese in all it's aged beauty.

To taste, to nibble, to sample, to savor.

Have you ever been tempted to try a new cheese but not wanting to spend big bucks for a flavor you might not like, you passed it by? Now we have a chance to try out a variety of cheeses...soft, tangy, smooth, sharp, dry, crumbly.

We will sample 9 cheeses.

Cahill Irish Cheddar with Porter,

Asiago with roasted red pepper coating,

Gouda,

Double glouster with stilton,

Tuscan Cheddar,

Goat cheese with cranberry cinnamon,

Port salut,

Forgaggio with pepperoni & marinara.

You do need to bring your own drinks, preferable in plastic. Guess what I'd suggest?

Room for lots more people. At least 10 more to just break even. Do see B & B before hand to pay your money. They go to a lot of trouble with these events and we sure don't want them stuck with the expenses.
