It rained.
Yesterday lots of spitty little rain showers that lasted short minutes.
Today it rained all afternoon. Sometimes really heavily, but all in all, maybe 2 inches. South of us in Weslaco they got tons more. We were lucky. Of course Jay doesn't feel lucky as he is babysitting a pump....but all in all, no problemo!

The gauges around here all said around 2.7 inches. Yours has seemed to always be lower of late. I'm wondering if your rooftop gauge has become obstructed?
Follow-up observation: Friday AM you show .51" and two gauges on 500 row show ~20% more.
