Big Band Sound

We saw this band play three weeks ago in Mission.  AMAZING.

17 piece orchestra.  You can't see this sort of thing in the big city, but they are right here in the RGV.

Comprised of current high school band directors, retired high school band directors, and a couple other retired musicians.  

Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Woody Herman, Glenn Miller.

The whole big band sound.  AMAZING.

Half the audience danced.  

Half the audience just came to listen -- It was that good!

They only play a few gigs a season.  You can see them Thursday night, March 12 at the Victoria Plams RV Resort.  7 - 10 pm.  

Expect $7-8 admission (same price ya pay for a mediocre Texas country band, eh?)
