The times are a little unclear, aren't they?
When I asked for clarification I received this,
"Yes, the plan is to get everyone in the pavilion by 7, allow the presentation to start and voting, then have the winner(s) announced by 7:30, perhaps with some staying on to further sample the brews."
So my advise? Party early til late, that way you've got it covered!
