As Valentine's Day approaches, we see a number of relationships in various stages of love and/or trouble. Holden (Bradley Cooper) and Sean (Eric Dane) are struggling in their relationship but are determined to get it back on the right path. Captain Kate Hazeltine (Julia Roberts) is traveling from Iraq, to visit her lover who is almost halfway around the world from her. Julia (Jennifer Garner) thinks she's got it good with boyfriend Dr. Harrison Copeland (Patrick Dempsey), until he tells her that he's married. Jason (Topher Grace) is unhappy about his girlfriend Liz's (Anne Hathaway) choice of side jobs. Estelle (Shirley MacLaine) and Edgar's (Hector Elizondo) seemingly strong marriage is suddenly looking shaky after some truths come to light. Will these couples will be able to keep their relationships going?
