When Jim & I first moved to Sandpipers...oh, gee...it's been 6 years since we first visited.....we met a couple who lived in the cutest little cottage at the end of the 400 row. I used to walk our dog past their house several times a day, always marveling at the charm of that rose covered cottage. Fritz & Eva. Very nice couple.
They moved to Nature's Resort awhile back. A few days ago Fritz died suddenly. Eva is inviting the Sandpiper family to a gathering at Nature's Resort to remember Fritz. Thursday, December 4th, at 11am, in the clubhouse. A time of refreshments and informal visiting will follow the memorial.

Stevie and I have very pleasant memories of Fritz & Eva both at Sandpipers and at their home in Saskatchewan. They are indeed a lovely couple.
Please pass along our sincere condolences to Eva When you see her at the memorial.
Stephen and I will always treasure our times with Fritz and Eva. They were wonderful friends and always a pleasure to be with. Please tell Eva that she and her family will be in our thoughts during this time of lost.
