Hello Group.
Thanks for everyone who played, helped, watched,
picked teams, officiated and cheered. It was a long day, but so much fun.
Today is the Dart tournament at 1PM at Jakz. Please sign up by 1PM so
Tom and Betty can get the brackets set. If there are a lot of players it might
take more than today to get it done.
Tuesday is the Petanque
Tournament so if you have not signed up you have until Monday, March 14th, 4PM
Site 308.
Wednesday is the Opening of Sandpipers Nude Olympics. The
Parade of Flags will start at 3:45 PM by the office. Mike will be our Torch
Bearer and will lead the Parade. Golf carts, bicycles, walkers, trikes will
show off Flags of all Nations and States. Then to the Pavilion for the Opening
and announcements. This will be the first Award Ceremony and then Super Happy
Hour should get started somewhere between 4:45 and 5 PM. Please bring something
to share, but finger food only. Only napkins and plates will be provided. The
question was asked if crock pot are allowed if they do not need electricity???
Yes you can bring your crock pot full of goodies, but there is no place to plug
them in and remember no forks will be provided.
