Seward

After arriving in Seward we began to pay for the string of lovely days we've been enjoying.  50 degrees with rain, then several days of drizzle....brrr...chill a Texan to the bone.
Still, it didn't stop us from enjoying all that Seward has to offer.
Exit Glacier

Look at that color!

Was it ever COLD!

 Then...a real HI-LIGHT!
A summer dog sled ride and kennel tour from Iditarod champions.
 What a racket!
The dogs were so excited to get chosen to run.
This was the first sunny day in a week!
Not warm, though Alaskans were wearing summer clothes.
59 degrees is not summer temp in my opinion!
Seward has dozens of murals all over town...stunning!

And an amazing aquarium, The Seward Sealife Center.
(Jim loves puffins!)
