Back By Popular Demand-Meditation Returns!

An opportunilty to practise breathing exercises

 and guided meditation to
 reduce blood pressure,

heart rate, 
stress,

and to help manage pain

and promote recovery.

Doors will be locked a few minutes past 11 AM,
 so get to JAKZ well before then.
