It is that time of year to do some Christmas shopping.
I know, I know, we have not celebrated Thanksgiving yet.
This shopping is for our Adopt A Families.
This will be a very short meeting on
Thursday, November 10th. at 10:00 a.m. at JAKZ.
I will inform you of
the ages and wants and needs of our
Adopt A Family children,
the best places to shop
and let you go at it.
All shopping must be completed by December 10th.
See you on Thursday.

From Ms. Book Club-Louise:
Dear Ladies, Our first book club meeting of the season is this Thursday, Nov. 10.
A Prayer for Owen Meany is our selection
and I can't wait to have us dissect this book.
If anyone is planning to bring some tea
(I have four selections right now and would like at least one more), please reply to this email.
I will also be bringing two bottles of wine.
If any of the rest of you were planning on bringing a bottle, please reply so we don't end up with too much wine. (Heaven forbid!)
I would also like to know how many
are bringing desserts, as opposed to salads.
If we communicate this among us we will all end up with a well balanced lunch.
I can't wait to see all of you.
By the way, some of our most interesting and active members are ladies who were invited to come by a regular member.
Don't hesitate to extend a welcome to visitors! Thanks, good reading, and see you at 11:30 on Thursday, in Flip Flopz.
Hugs, L

Weight loss: "Why are you so hungry? Why are you so tired? Why so often feeling poorly? Emotional mood swings? Difficulty to focus? Avoid looking at the bathroom scale or in the mirror? More often at the doctor's office? The reason is because you are starving - even if you eat 5,000 calories a day..."
We eat more because our bodies are hungry for nutrition, but the empty calories we eat only cause obesity, while lacking essential nutrients. :-(
