We will begin with the Olympic Parade

at the Pavilion (Street Side).

Ride your Bike,

decorate your Golf Cart or

 Walk along.

Bring your Flags and join the fun.

The parade is followed by our

"International" Super Happy Hour

in the Pavilion at 4:00.

If you are an event coordinator,

 please plan to be present at Opening Ceremonies.

For those of you who are new to the park--

"Super" Happy Hours are where we ask

 that you bring a dish to share.

 Lite Fare,

snackie stuff or

 finger foods are great.

The "International" part speaks for itself.

This is a BYOB event
Plates, Napkins and Flatware Provided.

Instead of giving out tickets for Door Prizes

at each Olympic Happy Hour

 we are trying a new approach this year.

At the Opening Ceremony Happy Hour

 we will ask each person to write their first name and lot number

 on a ticket and drop it in the barrel.

This way we have one set of tickets

to use for door prizes for the entire Olympics.

If a ticket is drawn for a prize, it will not be discarded;

rather it will be placed back in the barrel for the next day.

This will be a fun kick-off to weeks of fun.
