Have you noticed the new activity at Sandpipers!
Twalking This activity was discovered while Pauline and I were walking the other day. Through our exploits we ran across Pierre and Diane, they also were out for a walk.
As things seem to happen you walk a few steps and then stand and have a conversation with a few people and then you walk a few more steps and then more conversation with the next people and so on with your walk.
Well some couples do better than others at getting around the park on a walk then others, some more talking than walking.
So anyway the conversation went on and Diane mentioned that she should change the first letter of what they were doing from w to t since they were doing more talking than walking.
Well it would seem that most people have the same problem or experience so we renamed the activity to Twalking; which I think is a more accurate name for the experience.
So each morning now we are going Twalking for about 45-60 minutes, it seems to be very good exercise. LOL

Do you burn more calories by talking when your walking?
No, but it gets you out of wind a lot sooner!
Would an aerial view of the park show twalkers looking like ants, meeting along the trail and passing along info as to where to find food, fun and friends?
