The shower house is progressing nicely, and has a target date for completion.
Labor Day.
We'll all have to take showers to celebrate.

In contrast with past building projects this time there seems to be a big crew working most of the time. Because of the building boom in the last few years here in the valley, it has been sometimes difficult to get a committment from the builders. This time we seem to have the right guys. There has been some difficulty rounding up materials, but some ingenuity with exterior design seems to have solved any problems.

with sidewalks connection the building to the pool.

So glad to see the progress. Can't wait to take a shower. Louise says I have to take one before we get back, at least one!

Sue, Harry here in freezing Missouri, it's only in the high 80's with no humidity, lucky we brought jackets.
Noticed that you mentioned an exercise room in the new shower house. Thought Karen had said no on that. Looks like it is coming right along.
Next post will be from Pennsylvania or maybe Virginia or North Carolina, or Georgia, or Florida, or maybe back here in Missouri.

Seems to me Gary mentioned exercise room...but, you know....I think I'll just wait and see the finished product.
On the "Coming Right Along" theme, Stevie has passed the treatment mode and is now in the "monitoring" mode.
We are both looking forward to the coming winter and our return to Sandpipers. We'll be able to see all the improvements that have or are being made.
And of course greet all our friends and supporters.
We are glad to see the shower room coming alone nicely. The exercise room sounds good to.
We are also on our trip to Michigan, be there tomorrow, guess what, 67 and raining, 10 to 20 nw winds we were to have a beach party reunion in St. Joseph, our old home towm. What luck!! Oh well at least we will see all the family and friends. Then going up near Grand Rapids to a RV resort to meet my brothers and all there kids etc. and celebrate the 4th with them. Suppose to be quite the place.
